Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 10–20 business days after dispatch. Including processing, most orders arrive within 3 to 5 weeks of being placed. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, carrier backlogs, weather and peak periods can extend them.

Our fulfilment partners dispatch directly from their warehouses, which are mainly in China. That's how we keep prices low and shipping free.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We'll email you the tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 3–7 business days after dispatch to start updating.

If you order several items, they may arrive separately, at no extra cost to you.
