We dig through grooming tools, GPS trackers, automatic feeders, harnesses and leashes, beds, interactive toys, travel and car-safety gear, and everyday essentials to find the pieces that solve a real problem - shedding, an anxious escape artist, an inconsistent feeding schedule, a car ride your dog dreads - rather than gadgets that just look good in a photo. We work with fulfilment partners who ship directly from their warehouses, primarily in China, which is how we keep prices honest and shipping free without cutting corners on the product itself.
Why the wait is worth it
Because we source this way, delivery takes longer than a same-day local courier - typically 10-20 business days after a 1-3 day processing window. We'd rather tell you that upfront than surprise you later. In exchange, every order ships free and fully tracked to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and the US, and we back it with a 30-day return window if something isn't right.
