Most of the questions we get from outside the United States are the same two: how long will it take, and will I be charged something extra when it arrives. Both deserve a straight answer rather than a cheerful estimate.
Where we ship, and what it costs
Shipping is free to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Not free over a threshold, not free on selected items — free on every order, with no minimum. Prices across the site are shown in US dollars, so your card issuer will convert at their rate on the day you order.
How long delivery actually takes
Plan for three to five weeks. That is the honest window for all five countries, and it is longer than a domestic retailer because orders ship from our supplier network rather than from a warehouse in your country.
We would rather tell you five weeks and deliver in three than promise a week and leave you refreshing a tracking page. If you need something for a specific date — a birthday, a puppy arriving, a trip — order five weeks ahead and treat anything earlier as a bonus.
Every order is tracked. You get a number you can follow from dispatch to your door, which matters more on a longer delivery window than on a two-day one, because it tells you the difference between slow and lost.
Duties and import charges
This is the part we cannot promise, so we will not pretend otherwise. Every country sets its own threshold below which personal imports arrive without additional charges, and those thresholds and the rules around them change. The UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand each handle it differently.
What we would suggest: before ordering, search your own government's customs guidance for the current personal-import threshold, and compare it to your order total. Most single-item pet accessory orders sit well under the usual thresholds, but we are not in a position to guarantee what your border agency will do, and any retailer who tells you otherwise is guessing.
Returns from outside the US
Returns run for 30 days. If something arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or does not fit the pet it was bought for, contact us within that window and we will sort it. Start with a photo — for a sizing or damage problem it usually saves a return trip entirely.
A note on sizing if you are not in the US
Product listings mix metric and imperial depending on the item, so check which one a measurement is in before you order. A collar listed in inches and a dog measured in centimetres is the single most common cause of a return, and it takes thirty seconds to avoid.
